If you know me or have seen most of the photos I post from the playroom or Raj’s room you know that one of my favorite places to get my children’s home decor is Pottery Barn Kids. So much of our miniature furniture pieces are from there and also something most don’t realize is that it is where we get a lot of Rajan’s toys as well. What I love about their decor and children’s furniture is that everything is neutral colored so even if we add it to our living for Raj, our dining room, or any living space in our home it blends well with the rest of the decor and doesn’t stand out like a sore thumb. My absolute favorite thing about the toys they sell is that everything requires imagination, nothing lights up or makes sounds, everything is classic and ‘old school’ and requires your child to use their imagination and create their own actions and sounds; as a parent and former preschool teacher these will hands down always be my favorite toys to add to our toy chest.
